Shipping Options and Rates for US Contiguous, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Possessions
- U.S. orders $50 and over•
$5.99 flat rate for orders under $50 rate shipping:
- Orders up to $49.99• * Shipping is only available to orders shipped within the continental United States.
- Economy shipping is via FedEx or DHL to a post office near your address, and then delivery by the U.S. Postal Service. If you would prefer FedEx delivery, then please choose our Standard shipping option.
- All 3-day or faster express shipments are sent via FedEx or DHL.
- PO Box and APO/FPO delivery orders are shipped via Parcel Post.
Order Processing Time for Economy and Standard Shipping
Please note that it may take longer to ship Economy and Standard delivery orders during peak holiday seasons, such as Mother’s Day or Christmas, or immediately after a popular promotion.
About COVID-19:
During this unusual time, order processing and shipping may be delayed due to the extra measures we and our carriers are taking to keep everybody safe. If you have any concerns about delivery timing, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
Expedited Shipping Cut-Off Times
- Items ordered by 2 pm (ET) Monday – Friday will be shipped on the same day.
- Items ordered after 2 pm (ET) Monday – Thursday will be shipped on the next day.
- Items ordered after 2 pm (ET) Friday will ship on Monday.
National Holidays and Expedited Shipping
We do not ship packages on the following U.S. national holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Day
Rush orders placed during a national holiday, or during the weekend of a national holiday, will not be shipped until the following business day.
Products Restricted from Air Shipping
Certain products, such as our Concentrated Room Sprays and Gel Hand Sanitizers, cannot be shipped by air. Delivery of these products is restricted to ground shipment only within the contiguous United States. Please refer to the product page details to determine product shipment availability.
Additional Charges and Taxes Outside the Contiguous United States
Shipments outside the 48 contiguous United States may be subject to import charges and taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Possessions:
The additional cost of standard shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states is due to the need to use FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail in order to ensure that orders are received within the delivery window.
International Orders
At this time, we accept orders from international guests who are shipping to addresses in the U.S, APO, and FPO.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to all states in which we have a company-owned retail store. We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address.
